Terik Tours Limited began with Christine Chepkoit's childhood in the sun-soaked valleys of rural Kenya, where she first discovered the wonders of untamed landscapes and the deep joy of sharing life's adventures with loved ones. From a young age, Christine's days overflowed with barefoot walks through green hills and quiet moments watching elephants and gazelles graze under endless African skies.
Family meant everything. Each family gathering, each laugh around the fire, was a chance to create memories that would last a lifetime. This belief in meaningful togetherness - Christine's reminder that 'you only live once, and if you live once well, then once is enough!' - sparked a dream to help people cherish time together in remarkable places. When Christine founded Terik Tours in 2018, her vision was clear: open the door for travelers everywhere to explore East Africa's spectacular scenery and diverse cultures, forging connections and lifelong friendships along the way.

Christine Chepkoit
Growing up in the countryside in rural Kenya, her love for nature was nurtured at a very early age. She has been family oriented and knew the value of spending quality time together. Every opportunity for interaction provided an opportunity for creating good memories and experiences. She embarked on the journey of starting a tours and travel company as it provided an opportunity for people to bond and recreate memories that last a generation.

Raphael Rotich
Raphael is a Director at Terik Tours, he has a great passion for guiding our clients on safari. He has been a wildlife guide in the tourism industry for many years. His enthusiasm is infectious, and loves observing the animals and especially watching the reaction of our clients. His favorite animal is the magnificent Elephant biggest land mammal. Welcoming new clients to Kenya is one of the happiest moments of his work. Raphael’s heart to see our clients having experiences of a lifetime and making them feel at home.

Steven Kilonzo
Widely traveled, he appreciates the vast contracts of the many destinations he has been to, and for those he hopes to conquer. Steven enjoys travel and has a passion for Africa. He hopes to introduce everyone to this amazing continent with its beautiful lakes, wild animals, sandy beaches, and a plethora of varied and beautiful cultures of its people. He is also passionate about people and especially in assisting them in creating lasting memories.

With over 28 years of distinguished experience in corporate and international NGOs, David has travelled and interacted with many communities while exploring different geographical locations. He has a passion for interacting with new cultures, traversing diverse destinations, and discovering uncharted frontiers, which perfectly aligns with Terik's mission to create unforgettable travel experiences for its clients. Through Terik Tours he aims to create travel experience that will foster global partnerships and connections, make new friends, form lasting friendships, and amplify Africa's unique prescence as the destination of choice for travelers across the globe. Nature is therapeutic and where else can you get it other than Africa and preferably East Africa. Kipkoech enjoys traveling and extraction of knowledge through understanding of culture. Through Terik Tours Kipkoech can take you the understanding of amazing physical features of East Africa such as The Great Rift Valley and its lakes. Jambo, karibu kwaheri na karibu tena, These are words Terik Tours will always associate with.
